3D jelly flower art, handmade in small batches
Flowers that are grown, not picked — carved petal by petal in jelly.
Adeline creates hand-injected 3D jelly cakes and gift bars for birthdays, weddings, and celebrations — and teaches small classes for anyone who wants to learn the craft themselves.
What is 3D jelly art?
Each piece starts as plain, unset jelly. Using a fine needle and a steady hand, Adeline injects colour and shape directly into the jelly to "grow" flowers, leaves and butterflies suspended inside — a technique that takes precision, patience, and a lot of practice to get right.
No two pieces are exactly alike. Every cake, bar, and gift box is made to order, in flavours and colours chosen for the occasion — birthdays, anniversaries, Chinese New Year, weddings, or just because.
